1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using www.accreditedbs.com and enrolling in courses provided by 1A Accredited Bilingual Safety Training, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Course Enrollment, Certification, and Online Portal (TalentLMS)

Registration for our safety training courses is subject to availability.
Certifications are only issued upon full completion of the required course hours, successful passage of any required assessments, and full payment of associated fees.
For online courses provided through our TalentLMS portal, the following timelines for completion apply from the date of enrollment:

Courses equal to or below 10 hours: Must be completed within 1 month.
Courses equal to or below 20 hours: Must be completed within 2 months.
Courses equal to or below 32 hours: Must be completed within 3 months.

3. Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the training unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made prior to a designated timeframe before the course start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
No-shows or cancellations made after the designated timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. Disruptive behavior in classes, harassment, or any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using and enjoying our services is strictly prohibited and may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, curriculum, and course materials, is the property of 1A Accredited Bilingual Safety Training and protected by applicable copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

1A Accredited Bilingual Safety Training shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the website or our training courses.
